We have all been told you need to work as a team to get ahead in the classroom or workplace etc. That is true to a certain extent but when one person in the team is unable to raise their game to meet the groups intentions it creates an anchor effect.
This particular scenario happens all the time throughout our life in many different situations along the way. It can happen in a family situation, or sports team situation, or small business situation. It is designed to cause each person to take a step back and learn an individual lesson from it.
If each person doesn't take the time to adapt and learn the individual lesson then the dynamics of the group continues to get pushed by the Universe to cause a bigger issue within the group. If the group doesn't take time to address the issue and grow from it continues to put the pressure on the group until the issues are so big they have to come to a head.
You see with a world of infinite possibilities how can you really know what is around the corner unless you have a higher perspective of all the scenarios available to you. As you get more in synch with your own inner knowing it will directly correlate to how many new and exciting opportunities are available for your to experience and grow from. Trust the process of the Universe and begin to work with it in your daily activities.
